If you received an email from RIDE with a temporary password, please click the "Please click here" link in that email, and follow the instructions in order to verify your account and create a new password.
If you have already verified your account, but have forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgot your password?" link on the RIDEmap homepage. Please note: This link will only work for you if you have previously logged into your account and answered three security questions.
If you are unsure as to what your password is, and you have never logged into your RIDEmap account, please submit a ticket so that we can reset your password and send you a temporary password.
If these suggestions did not resolve your issue, or you were instructed to contact a system administrator on one of these screens, please submit a Helpdesk ticket to our team, describing your issue.
