If you have difficulty entering your Cert ID in your account information, please visit the Educator Verification Portal in order to look-up and verify your Cert ID and click here to attach your cert ID to your RIDEmap account.
If you are receiving a message stating that your cert ID is already attached to a RIDEmap account, that means that you have opened a new RIDEmap account in addition to your initial RIDEmap account. We will need to delete the new account, and assist you in accessing your initial account. Please submit a ticket.
