Please note that the password and verification link expire after 15 days, and the verification link will only work one time.  Also, the verification link will not work if the email that contains that link has been forwarded.


You must click the "Please click here" link in your RIDEmap temporary password email that you received.  You cannot go directly to the RIDEmap homepage to enter your username and temporary password.


Please make sure that when you are entering your temporary password, that you are not including any additional spaces or characters.  A common error, when copying and pasting, is to copy a space before or after the password by mistake.  A space invalidates the temporary password.  Each time you have 5 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will lock for 15 minutes.  We cannot unlock a soft-locked account.  Eventually, with many unsuccessful login attempts, your account will hard lock and you will be required to contact us in order to unlock your account.


Are you receiving an error message when attempting to verify your account with your temporary password?  Have you attempted to copy and paste, as well as manually type your temporary password?  Does the new password you are creating meet 3 out of 4 of the following criteria:

  • Uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • Lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Digits (0 through 9)
  • Special characters ( {}[],.<>;:'"?/|`~!@#$%&*()_-+= )
