If you need a password reset, and have not yet completed your security questions, you need to submit a ticket to request a temporary password.

Once you are able to login to RIDEmap, you should see your username in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click on your username, and then click on "Update User Profile". You will then have the option to "Answer Self-Service Questions". Click on "Answer Self-Service Questions" and you will be prompted to choose and answer three questions.Please make sure that you have saved the questions before exiting the screen.
