If you do not have access to the right school or district in the Portal, please reach out to your district's Portal Super User so they can add the necessary access for you. If you do not know who this is, please submit a ticket and we will provide that information to you.
If you have access to the wrong district, this is most likely because the former district never removed you. If this is the case, please create a ticket stating your Portal username and the former district along with the current district. The removal needs to be done by the Portal Administrator at RIDE.
