If you cannot remember your Password or your Username, click on the Forgot my Username/Password link on the Log In page. This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address. Click Next. Provide the answer to your security question and click Next. An email will be sent to your email address on file with ECEDS with a link to reset your password. Click on that link and you will be taken to a website where you can create and confirm a new password.
