To retrieve your login information for eRIDE, complete the form at https://www.eride.ri.gov/users/PasswordRetrieve.asp and your username and password will be emailed to you.
If you do not have a valid email address, or if you believe your email address kept by the eRIDE system is no longer valid, please submit a ticket so that we can re-send you your login information.
eRIDE accounts are created in the district by the data manager and activated by RIDE. If you don't already have an account and need one, please reach out to your data manager.
